This User guide document helps the user to go through the Next meet Virtual Expo application
To download the Next meet application, go to our Website: www.nextmeet.live where you can see a button “Download Now” click on it.
After the file is downloaded open the installer and click on Next button to Start the installation process
NextMeet application will be opened now, if you are new user click on sign up button.
Upon clicking sign up you will be redirected to our registration page, please fill in the details and click on create an account
After filling the details you need to verify the Email address by the email sent to the given email id.
Verify the email id by clicking on the verify email id button.
After successful verification Please enter your registered credentials to sign in. on Successful Login you will be redirected to “My profile” webpage where you need to fill in the details and create or update the profile.
Upon signing in you can see your avatar in a virtually created Expo, this environment can be used to conduct any type of large or small scale events.
To explore the platform you can walk using (front, left, right and back arrows) or W, A, S, D keywords on the keyboard to move in the session.
Double click on any chair to sit on it, to stand up press the “W” or “Up arrow” button on keyboard.
When another participant joins the session you can see their avatar walking in.
If you are in need of any assistance you can meet our Next meet’s help desk in the session to guide you better.
There are a total of 17 stalls in the Expo, you can explore all the stalls individually by walking to them.
Click on customize avatar button in the top left corner menu to change your avatar
If you want to mute yourself in the session click on the mic button in the bottom right of the screen.
You can clap, shake hands or raise hand in the platform by clicking the space bar button and selecting the preferred action.
To raise hand click on “H” button on keyboard.
You can quickly walk through the platform by right clicking on the mouse in the desired direction
Hold Ctrl+ mouse to turn your head around
If you want to message someone in the session or to read the sent messages click on the message button in the bottom left side of the screen
To exit the session click on the exit button placed in the menu in top left corner
This hall is designed to host small scale conferences, seminars, award shows etc..,
A visitor can be seated in the seats by double clicking on any seat.
A host can use the presentation screen to open and show any pdf files.
Walk through the art gallery to experience the paintings contributed by the artists
You can directly enter the conference hall or Art gallery by clicking on the “Visit gallery” or “Visit conference hall” buttons in the menu placed on the top left side
